What is inside
3,000 pocket springs under high-density comfort layers
3,000 individual pocket springs. Each spring sits in its own fabric pocket and moves on its own. With 3,000 of them in a king size there are more springs under every part of you, so the mattress maps your shoulders, hips and lower back more closely and the support feels smooth rather than bouncy. Because the springs work independently there is no roll together: you do not feel your partner turning over.
High-density comfort layers. Dense foam layers and a deep quilted knitted top sit above the springs. This is where the medium feel comes from: enough give to cushion your shoulders and hips when you sleep on your side, with the springs beneath stopping you sinking too far.
Encapsulated edge support. The spring unit is wrapped in a firm foam frame that runs all the way round. Sit on the side to put your shoes on and it holds. Sleep near the edge and you get the same support as the middle, which makes a double or king feel noticeably bigger for two people.
Air circulation. The open pocket spring unit lets air move through the mattress every time you shift, so warmth is carried away from the surface rather than stored in it.

MTRS® mattresses are made in the UK by hand. The spring unit is encapsulated for stable edges, the comfort layers are bonded and quilted so nothing shifts or bunches, and the border is finished with a woven taupe tape edge that looks right on an upholstered frame or a divan.
Because every mattress is made by hand, the finished depth sits between 31 and 33 cm: deep enough to sit proud of a bed frame and fill a fitted sheet properly, without swallowing a low headboard.

Medium hybrid mattress questions, answered
What does medium actually feel like?
Supportive with a cushioned top. You settle into the comfort layers just enough to feel held, then the springs take over and keep your spine level. It is the middle of the range and the safest choice if you have never slept on a hybrid before or if two people with different preferences share the bed.
What is the difference between the Hybrid Dynamics 3000 and the 2000?
Feel and spring count. The 3000 is medium with 3,000 pocket springs, so the support is finer and the surface more forgiving. The 2000 is firm with 2,000 springs for people who want a flatter, more solid surface. Both share the same encapsulated hybrid build, depth and warranty.
Does more pocket springs mean a better mattress?
More springs means smaller springs packed more closely, so the mattress responds to smaller areas of your body. The practical difference is smoother, more even support and less movement transfer. It is most noticeable for side sleepers and couples.
Do I need to turn it over?
No. The comfort layers are on the top side only, so it is never turned over. Rotate it head to toe (180 degrees) every few months in the first year, then two or three times a year after that, so both ends wear evenly.
Why does the depth say 31 to 33 cm?
Each mattress is made by hand, so the finished depth varies slightly from one to the next. Allow for 33 cm when choosing fitted sheets: extra deep sheets (up to 35 cm or more) are the safest choice.
Will it fit my bed frame, divan or ottoman bed?
Yes. It suits slatted frames, solid platform bases, divans and gas-lift ottoman beds. Choose the mattress size that matches your frame size and it will sit correctly. On a slatted base, slats should be no more than 7 cm apart for the best support.
How long is delivery and what does it cost?

What is the warranty and can I return it?
The mattress carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Standard orders can be returned within 14 days provided the mattress is unused and still in its original packaging, as a mattress that has been slept on cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
