Was recommended Pascal bed by my son was absolutely delighted with the quality of the bed and mattress, that I ordered a second but when it was delivered the bed was damaged and it was the wrong mattress, delivery company phoned Pascal beds and arranged a new part for the bed and correct mattress that was delivered the next day. this was even more impressive as I live in Scotland about 400 miles away, I could not fault the service that I got would recommend Pascal beds for quality and service. I have fitted the bed with led lights for my granddaughter.

Very happy with my bed, delivered within days of ordering, put together really easy. I had a query as I was sent a board instead of slats I WhatsApp’ed and within the hour I got a text back explaining why I was sent the board instead of slats. They explained the board just as flexible and stronger but they would be happy to send slats to replace.

I’d give more stars if available. Bought one bed from them and we really like it, then decided to order another one. The second one came with a few marks and the mattress was not really good quality. I contacted them and they were happy to exchange at no extra cost. I actually paid extra for an upgrade, and even then it worked cheaper than I expected.
Definitely recommend them for both quality of beds and service.
Also, the delivery guys are legends as well, although they’re a third-party.

I absolutely love my new bed and have had such a good experience with this company that I wanted to leave a review! I dithered over the best price and where to buy from and then decided on Pascal beds 😊. I was concerned about buying something I hadn’t seen in the flesh but I received first class customer service that put my mind at rest. They sent me all the fabric samples I requested free of charge and I called a few times to ask questions about the bed (all of which were answered quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner) once I made my purchase I received both emails and texts informing me that they had received my order and that they had started manufacturing it. when it was ready for dispatch I was asked if the delivery date was still suitable. Once I had confirmed it was the delivery drivers phoned me with an ETA and then phoned me to say they had arrived with my bed. They carefully bought my bed in and as it was well packaged it arrived in a perfect condition! (This doesn’t always happen when you buy on line and it’s delivered to you!) I loved my fabric choice (Naples silver) and the bed was easy to put together. The customer service was that good that when I phoned (on there day off) concerned I wouldn’t be able to do it he took the time to talk me through it, send over a video with instructions and also said he was happy to take a call from me out of hours if I needed to ask anything. Superb experience and i highly recommend. Would have loved to put a photo of my new bed up but I can’t work out how to load one….

Recently purchased a super king size ottoman bed from pascal beds, from start to finish it was so easy. I was kept informed every step of the way through email and text.
