Highly recommend this company, bed was simple to put up with instructions on youtube. We received a part which was for a double bed, I contacted the team via whatsapp at 7.00PM and they responded really quickly and organised the new part to be delivered the next day which was a Saturday, the part arrived and we were able to put the bed up. Great customer service and great quality bed. Thank you Pascal beds, will certainly recommend you!

Great service start to finish. The order feed back was perfect got multiple updates prior to arrival and was very easy to arrange to be present for the ends arrival. The best it’s self is a great quality with a beautiful finish to the frame work. Would advise anyone to use pascal beds.

I couldn’t recommend Pascal Beds enough! I ordered samples and they came so quick. They answered all of my questions and the delivery was so quick as well. The delivery company were super friendly and efficient. The bed was put together in about 20 mins. The ottomon bed frame is such good quality and worth every penny! The best bed I’ve purchased over the years. There was a little rip on the side of the bed and they changed it within a week! I’m so glad i got my bed from them!

Absolutely love the bed, looks so good. The company were really good and kept me updated with every step of the purchase. Would of loved to have given them a 5 but unfortunately they use a 3rd party company for delivery and putting the bed up and unfortunately these guys let the purchase down, I understand they are busy but they could of been a bit more respectful, resting furniture on brand new painted walls and wearing shoes on brand new carpets, pushing/ ramming parts of the bed along the ceiling and throwing tools on the floors, I appreciate it’s not pascals fault just for me it let the last little bit of an otherwise smooth purchase down. All in all we love the bed and pascal apologised on the deliveries behalf.

The service/delivery time was excellent. I was kept updated throughout. The only downfall was that the base to my ottoman comes in 2 parts, neither of which fit properly in the bottom of the bed. We’ve managed to get them in but they do not cover the whole floor meaning there’s about a 10cm gap from the base all along one side where you can see the carpet. Pascal have since confirmed this is done purposefully to allow air to get under the bed so the mattress doesn’t get damp. I can see the logic in this and therefore the company deserves 5 stars. The bed came as shown, it’s very well built, was delivered within a week and makes a great addition to my room.

I was a bit sceptical at first as I have never purchased a bed online before but I was pleasantly surprised! I messaged the customer service team with a couple of questions before I purchased and they were quick to reply and very helpful. It took us a while to assemble the bed as there was a problem with one of the bars but other than that was pretty straightforward. We explained the issue to customer service on the phone and they suggested drilling an additional hole, luckily my other half was able to do this! They were kind enough to refund £20 for the inconvenience and were very apologetic. Customer service was fantastic overall and very quick to respond! We love our new bed, looks lovely and is exactly as pictured.

Gorgeous bed and video assembly instructions were easy to follow. Had a couple of minor issues but this was soon rectified, customer service was brilliant and very quick to reply.
