Pretty smooth process altogether. The bed ottoman base was slightly twisted when it arrived but the guys had a new one out to me in no time at all. The two guys that delivered were very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. Delighted and would recommend 👍🏼

So pleased, I could choose a bigger headboard
(please be careful, mine was a struggle to fit up the stairs.with a few badly scraped walls we managed. We did this not the company)
