10/10, at first I felt cautious because I hadn’t heard of this company before and was scared it would be a rip off but it’s the exact opposite. The bed is sturdy and lush. I got the ottoman gas lift and even though the instructions weren’t very clear, they rang me and helped me put it together. After, I realised it’s actually quite simple to put together just wasn’t sure which part was for the left or right. Defo get a bed from these guys, would’ve ended up paying twice as much on another website. They’re legit, best of all their customer service is great.
