Will the headboard fit up my stairs?
The headboard is the largest single piece — 122 cm tall with wide wings. Follow our stairway measuring guide before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we’ll advise. If access is tight, ask us about headboard options that suit narrower staircases.
Slatted or solid ottoman — which should I choose?
The slatted base allows air to circulate under the mattress, which helps keep it fresh and is our most popular option. The solid base gives a firmer, more supportive feel. Both lift on the same gas-assisted mechanism with storage across the full frame.
Can I have a taller headboard?
Yes — the standard headboard is 122 cm, and a custom increased height is available as an option when you configure your bed. Just remember to re-check your stairway measurements for the taller piece.
How do I pick the right fabric?
Plush velvets are soft and light-catching, Coniston weaves are hardwearing and family-friendly, Naples fabrics are durable performance weaves, and crushed velvets add glamour. We’ll post you free fabric samples so you can compare them in your own light before ordering.

Identify the size of the bed you have chosen (Single, Small Double, Double, King, or Super King).
Step 2: Headboard Dimensions
The headboard height is listed above. If an increase is needed, adjust accordingly as specified by us.
Headboard Measurements are Height x Width x Depth - (Most of the headboards are between 13cm and 25cm including the wings)
Step 3: Width and Length

Delivery took 1 week and 1 day, and the bed arrived safely, well-packaged, and fully protected. The bed itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. I chose the Plush Cream shade, and I’m really pleased with the colour and finish.
Assembly was straightforward by following the video instructions, although I would recommend having two people to put it together. The quality looks and feels great, especially for the price.
So far, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely say it’s worth the money. Now it’s just a case of seeing how well it holds up over time!

Right from the contact from Sarah about our order and fantastic updates about delivery I cannot express enough how efficient they have been. The bed itself is of great quality.
Then Adam & Bob arrived yo install the bed and revised headboard. They mentioned it would all take 15 minutes!!! I thought initially oh dear that doesn’t sound good. How can it be done properly that quickly?? Well they told me to time them and indeed it was all done in the time-FANTASTIC job. All the packaging was put into one bag and brought downstairs for me.
