The heart of the Dubai Palm is its wingback headboard. The two upholstered wings curve gently forward on either side, wrapping the head of the bed the way a classic wingback armchair wraps a reader. Can I add storage to the Dubai Palm?
Yes. The Dubai Palm is available with an optional gas lift slatted ottoman base or a divan ottoman base. Both lift to reveal a large storage cavity the full footprint of the bed, ideal for spare bedding, seasonal clothing and suitcases.
What is the difference between the slatted ottoman and the divan ottoman?
The slatted ottoman uses a reinforced slatted platform, which lets air circulate around your mattress and suits memory foam and hybrid mattresses. The divan ottoman uses a firm, fully enclosed base, which suits pocket sprung and orthopaedic mattresses and keeps smaller items neatly contained. The slatted base is 30 cm high and the divan base 33 cm.
What size mattress fits the Dubai Palm?
Each frame fits its standard UK mattress size, from Single 3ft up to Super King 6ft. If you are unsure which size you need, see our mattress size guide.
Is assembly included?
Delivery to UK mainland is free, and the bed arrives with all fixings supplied for straightforward self assembly. If you would rather not build it yourself, assembly is available as an optional paid extra when you order.

Step 2: Headboard Dimensions
The headboard height is listed above. If an increase is needed, adjust accordingly as specified by us.
Headboard Measurements are Height x Width x Depth - (Most of the headboards are between 13cm and 25cm including the wings)
