Every Cloud frame is built from scratch when you order — never pulled from a warehouse shelf. A solid timber frame is cut, padded and upholstered by hand, with each scalloped channel shaped individually before final finishing.

How do I clean bouclé fabric?
Vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment and spot-clean spills promptly with a barely damp cloth. Avoid rubbing, which can pull the looped yarn.
Will the headboard fit up my stairs?
The headboard is the largest single piece. Follow our stairway measuring guide before ordering — or message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we’ll advise.
How long until it arrives?
Each bed is made to order and typically delivered within 3–10 working days, free to UK Mainland. You can also delay delivery by up to 6 months if you’re moving home.
What mattress does it take?
Standard UK Double, King or Super King, up to 80 kg in weight. Add one of our luxury mattresses to your order and both arrive together.
Can you assemble it for me?
Yes — add the assembly service at checkout and the delivery team will build the bed in your room and take all packaging away.

Step 1: Determine Bed Size
Identify the size of the bed you have chosen (Single, Small Double, Double, King, or Super King).
Step 2: Headboard Dimensions
The headboard height is listed above. If an increase is needed, adjust accordingly as specified by us.
Headboard Measurements are Height x Width x Depth - (Most of the headboards are between 13cm and 25cm including the wings)
Step 3: Width and Length
Use the specified width and length for your chosen bed size from the dimensions table provided on the product page.
Step 4: Base Height
Choose the type of base you have:
- Normal Base: 25 cm
- Slatted Ottoman Base: 30 cm
- Divan Ottoman Base: 33 cm
Step 5: Footboard Height
The footboard height is consistent across all bed sizes and types of bases at 50 cm.

Very good quality bed . Delivery men was lovely very polite and done a good job .would recommend them to my friends.
My bed feels well made and looks lovely. I WhatsApp messaged them prior to ordering to request delivery on a specific day, received a quick response and was easily able to arrange this. The delivery team were absolutely fab – communication was excellent, and they carried the bed up 2 flights of stairs up to my flat. The bed was assembled very quickly, and they even took the packaging with them after. Would highly recommend.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish they were brilliant. Super efficient turn around to make, quick and convenient delivery options and great communication. We also had a major problem on the day of delivery in that my measurements were wrong and the oversized headboard would not fit up my stairs. Disaster! I was distraught and thought I’d be stuck with a bed I couldn’t use. Contacted them and they immediately gave me a simple, quick solution that didn’t cost me the earth to fix and I still got the bed I wanted and it looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!!
