Please note the solid base has Gaps when assembled when I contacted pascal beds they advised this is for ventilation if the mattresses.

I had a big problem getting my bed up to the 3rd floor as I did not measure the hallway or had any dimensions of the box to be aware of it. At last, we took the head apart into 2 in order to get it up and assemble it back on.

The bed matched the colour sample that was sent out to us previously and there were no marks or damage to the bed upon delivery. Beautiful style and quality is great. Easy to put together!
I thought we were going to receive wooden slats for the bed base but had a solid black base delivered instead (no problem for us either way).
I contacted the delivery couriers as they were past the approx delivery window and hadn’t heard any updates from them, sadly seemed very rushed when they arrived due to traffic. Glad our bed wasn’t damaged as nothing in the back of the van looked secured down or organised.
The team were friendly enough though and I would order again if we needed another bed!
