Absolutely amazing company from the start of my order to delivery I would give 10 stars if I could , company kept me updated by letting me know bed was ready for collection for couriers to pick up , a specific date and time it would arrive, and the guys that delivered and assembled the bed were just amazing called me half hour before delivery, will be recommending this company to family and friends , I certainly will be ordering from the company again in the future ..

We took out time looking for a bed but wanted a quick turnaround, we came across Pascal and were quite impressed with the range of beds they had and also the timescales, it looked too good to be true but we still decided to go ahead and ordered the Rome luxury Bed and they surely did not disappoint. 11 days from ordering, the Bed arrived , the delivery gentlemen gave us a time and arrived on Time, Shaheed’s customer service was superb, the assembly was seemless, and they even helped us re arrange some of the furniture to accommodate the Bed!!!!!!!! I absolutely love my bed. The bed is strong and sturdy lots of space inside ottoman. The bed is exactly what I wanted but cheaper with Pascal beds, the quality is exactly same as the highend shops. Delivery service was 5 star I got my bed within 5 working days, although they said it will take 10-14 days, so that was brilliant! I chose the fitting service, the guy did an amazing jobs super fast!

Wonderful people to deal with. I requested fabric samples which were sent to me within 2 days and once I placed the order was very pleased to receive the regular updates. Pascal team have been fantastic and yes the bed looks stunning. I took their advice to choose the same colour like the one in their picture and couldn’t have been any better than this.
